This is the 1st time iam using this website..i need some help & Advice my Fiance is in US on H1 iam presently in UAE on employment Visa i want to visit
US to see him how can i go about it ...pls suggest.

U can try for a B2 visitor visa. But the best bet would be to marry him and go on a h4 dependant visa.

Thank u so much for the advice..i too wish i can marry him & go however their is some time for that to happen ..so i decided if i can go & spend about a month with him ....u suggested that i can go on B2 Vistor visa ..can u please throw some more light on it ..i mean i did go thru the details of Visitors visa ..however i want to knw how easy it is to get a visitors visa iam here in UAE (Dubai) on Employment visa.what are the chances for me to get a visitors visa ...eagerly waiting for your suggestion & reply.
