i need some clarification on the letter to consulate. i have not book the appointment yet because the people who i am going to bring here are yet to receive passport. my friends are going to india and i want to send some documents for b2 with them. in the letter to consulate the date which should be mentioned must be the appointment date or any date prior to appt date. since they have not receive the passport i am not able to book the date. so i am confused right now so please give suggestion what to do. if my friends leave and if i am not able to send the docs with them can i fax them or scan them and they will take a color print.
