Is my parents visa granted or rejected????

Hi

My parents went for interview today ...only my father was asked about his business...then they were told to go and give the DS 156 forms and passports(no extra photos taken except pasted in the application form) and pay the fees at a counter and will receive passports in 3 days....

Does this mean the visa is granted..... do people pay the fees even if its rejected...im confused since the officer didnt say directly if the visa is granted or rejected

My MIL had interview in 09th may. Did not recieve passport till now

My mother in law had interview on Monday May 9th. She was asked to pay the fees. She has not recieved the passport till now. She lives in Kerala. Is the VISA granted or not ? When will she get the passport? Is there anyway we can track the passport.

I don't believe there is any tracking facility for TTS (Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata.)
