B2(Tourist) Visa granted to in-laws (Telugu interview in Hyderabad)

My in-laws got their B2 (tourist) visa today. This is their second attempt. The following are the questions that the consular officer asked:

1. Where are you going?
2. Where will you stay?
3. Where does your Son-in-law work?
4. How many kids do you have?
5. Do they have any kids?
6. Please show me your daughter's passport copy.
7. Please show me your son-in-law's pay slips.

What they answer in question 1? Where are you going?

Is the same answer as purpose of trip (We are going to meet our son and daughter in law and for tourism purpose)

or

We are going to USA / America / NJ / Jersey City, NJ (Where I am living)?

or

We are going to meet our son and daughter in law at Jersey City, NJ

We are going to meet our son and daughter in law at NJ and for tourism purpose

We are going to USA / NJ to meet our son and daughter in law and for tourism purpose

We are going to Jersey City, New Jersey to meet our son and daughter in law and for tourism purpose
