B1/B2 Visa with annotation

Hi all

I have just recieved my visa and it has an annotation says: "travel with mother to visit lpr sister in los angeles jan 2012 for 2 weeks"

I have a few questions about this,

1. Does this means i have to travel with my mother?
2. I have to land in los angeles airport?
3. If at the port of entery the officer gives me a 6 months i-94, do i still need to return to my home country at the end of the 2 weeks listed in my visa?

I would really appriciate any help given,

1 & 2. You should.
3. You can stay until the date on I-94. However, you are most likely to get I-94 as per annotation, which is 2 weeks.
