  • "Immediate Relatives in USA"

I have question regarding DS160 "Immediate Relatives in USA"

When I submitted DS160 that time I mention only me and my wife's name in Immediate relatives. I thought its blood relation.

Actually my father's cousin brother (Father's mama's son) is living in USA. He also sponsored my wife when she came on F2 visa but right now she is on H1b visa.

If VO ask my parents "Do you have any relatives in US?" What should they answer?

    YES or NO?

    No

Someone’s spouse, parents and grandparents, children and grand children, brothers and sisters, mother in law and father in law, brothers in law and sisters in law, daughters in law and sons in laws are considered as immideate relatives

      thanks anna1234.

My parents are standing for visa so I have to write me and my wife's name only.

Are you sure I have to write my wife's name? Immediate Relatives means blood relatives?
