visitor visa for my parents while I am on OPT STEM

Hi

I am working on OPT STEM from the last 16 months and looking forward to call my parents to the US. Here are few questions that I am concerned about:
-- What should I write my organization name. My F1 is based on my University, however I am working for a small company.
-- My second question is regarding sponsorship for my folks. I am going to sponsor the trip but was wondering if that would be a good idea since I am still considered as a student. Should I keep it as self - sponsored?
-- Beginning next year I might move to a different company. Is it advisable to schedule an interview for my parents before that? Does the company name really matters when you are on OPT?

2. If they are capable of taking care of their own expenses, that is best.
3. It does not matter.
