My In-laws visa has been refused on May 3rd
The reasons are like I came to USA just 15 days before the interview, secondly we made a mistake by telling that the visit is for 6 months
Now, I have few questions with regards to reapplying visitor visa for my in-laws
1. Can we go ahead and apply for the second interview as soon as we can?
2. My in-laws could speak and understand very simple English, but for the second time we are going ahead and choosing English as language option for interview as interviews in Telugu language take more than 5 months to get the next slot. Is it ok?
3. Can my in-laws visit some other family relatives in Canada and later enter USA from Canada?
4. Can we try to get VISA for health checkup for uncle as he is little sick anyway? Is the process complicated?
5. What is the right time to try look in the ttsvisas.com website to update the date of interview?
6. Because, I sponsored visa just after being in USA for 15 days, this time I would like to use my in-laws other relatives (mother-in-law's sister's son) to sponsor my in-laws visa. Are there any issues with this?
7. Was telling consulate staff that my-laws visit to USA for 6 moths was a big mistake?
Please help me to find answers for these questions?
Appreciate your kind help
Regards
