B1/b2 visa renewal

I am goin to US on a b1/b2 visa(single entry ,1 year valid,nov,2011 to nov,2012).I 'll come back to my home country in may,2012.and then i have to be bak to US for my admission interviews in OCT,2012.My question is that can i reapply for a b1/b2 visa in june,2012 or i'll have to wait till my current visa validity expires(nov,2012??
