Hi ,
My parents visitor visa got on section 214(b) stating for an overstay during the first time.But they did not overstay and left back 2 days earlier.Actually it was an technical mistake in filling up the forms where the dates were entered wrong.
Should we have to reapply again with a new application or is it possible with the old one.
All your suggestions will help us a lot.
