Need advise- immigration help

Hi immi help,

Your wesite is a great help, i have a question, my parent got visitor via for 10 years and they r planning to visit in june, i have sponsered them for my graduation which is on 21st may, my questions are:

will they have any problem at port of entry for coming after my graduation? what should they say at port of entry if they are asked same queation?

my parents are going to my brothers place first,so since they have mentioned my address in DS 156 form while going for VISA, is it gonna me a violation issue? also in 1-94 can they fill out my brothers address or should they fill my address?

1. No problem. Just say they are coming for tourism. (Unless there is any annotation in their passport mentioning their intention was to attend your graduation.)

2. No problem. They can mention any address, or they can go to anyone's house first.

Since my parents mentioned to consular officer in india that they want to come here for my graduation and i sponsered them quoting the same reason with all my graduation documents, wouldnt they have all this info in their database?

hence, wouldnt it be a problem, if they mention their purpose of trip as tourism at port of entry??? just curious,
