I-94 shows more than 180 days

Hello,
My mother got 1yr visa recently.
At the POE her visa was stamped for a period of 183 days.

Does she have to leave after completing 180 days regardless of the I-94 stamped date.

I-94 is for maximum 6 months, and not 180 days.

Therefore, it is OK to stay until the date stamped in I-94, even if it is 183 days.

Irrespecitive of duration actually stayed, it would be a good idea to make few clear copies of I-94 to be kept with you and your mother.
