Self sponsor indian in Canada.

I have applied for US Tourist B2 VISA from Canada where i am right now studying. I am a Indian citizen . I am gonna self sponsor myself. I did apply through online here and have a interview very soon.
1) I would like to know what are the docs that i need to carry ?
2) How are the chances of getting a visa from here as a student. I have mentioned friend as
a contact in US, i will be staying there in his place but other expenses will be covered by me.
So is this how i need to answer VO ?.
3) i am planning to go in my holidays here, so will it be possible to get a multiple entry
visa if i tour later on.
4) Not yet planned of the touring dates, will i need to say specific dates ?

Would be nice if someone helps me out, bcoz my interview is very soon.
