Visitor Visa for my FIL

Hi All,

My FIL visa is expiring and he is planning to renew it, he is 80+, does he need to go to Visa office to get it renewed or can he get it through registered post, pl advice.

Visitor Visa for my FIL

he will have to go in person after booking an appointment online, you can fill the form for him but he still has to go personally for fingerprinting, photos, interview etc.
