I94 for B2 visa is valid upto 4 months and need to extend for 2 more month

My mom arrived on Oct 2nd 2011 and has I94 upto Feb 2nd 2012 only. I want to extend for 2 more months and want her to stay upto 6 months.

I do not find any strong reason to extend as of now. but except what i would say is "My mom is authorized to stay atleast 6 months but she got I94 for 4 months only"

Need help to mention valid reason to file extension for 2 months.

If the person got I-94 for 4 months, person is authorized to stay only 4 months and not 6 months.
