Need Help

Hi all,
I have applied for a Visitor Visa to USA and the PA dates have been allocated as september 29. One of the travel agents whom I contacted says that he knows some one in the Embassy and he will be able to get me a PA date some time this month itself, also he is charging about 5 K for this service. Can anyone tell me whether this is possible and can I go by his words??. He also says that I can pay him after he advances the date. Still I'm confused as I'm not sure whether this is legal. Can some one give me some advice???

This is illegal.

Consular officers never listen to such people and these things don't work at all.

Did you know that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's visa got rejected and he could do nothing? Does he not have power/contacts? But all that does not work in US consulate. They have power not to listen to anyone, prime minister or president.
