Interview in Calcutta

My mother is scheduled for her visa interview in Calcutta in late May. I have sent her the sponsor papers and she has been preparing for her interview. My father cannot come to US now and so she is appearing for her interview alone.

Any experiences/ concerns to share regarding Calcutta consulate while appearing for interview? I really want my mom to succeed in her first attempt.
