urgent , I94 expiring,On Adjustment of Status,applying for parents visitor visa ..?
My husband is sponsering for my parents us trip.
our 485 is pending, EAD is expiring April 2012, both of our I94 expiring end of Feb 2012.
In DS160 parents arival date mentioned April 2012. We r looking for mumbai consulate dates.
My question : Is this a problem that our I94 and EAD expiring soon and parents arrival date is mentioned after the expiration date of these status. I am not employed ,my husband works for a big financial company. My Parents are visiting US first time.
Pleeeeeeease need help...... advice. If there are more chances of denial then i dont want my parents to go through all this hassal.
