How to invite my sister for my wife's high risk pregnancy

My wife and I are naturalised citizen of usa. My wife is pregnant for the first time and is expecting twins. Her due date is April 15, 2012. I am a handicap person and there is no one to take care of my wife during her pre and post pregnancy. I want to invite only my sister from Mumbai, India (she is widow and her son is studying in Mumbai engineering college) for couple of months to take care of my wife's pregnancy. How and what is the procedure to invite her immediately as the doctors have declared her pregnancy as high risk. She might be advised to take complete rest before the due date.

Please suggest and guide and under which category should I invite her.

That is not going to work.

Visa officer will say that you need a nanny or caretaker. Your sister does not need tourist visa for that.
