Plz. HELP!! to get an early date for visitor visa?

Hi,
I am interested in getting my parents to U.S. in June as they cannot come after August. I got an appointment date for 22nd August as there are no slots available prior to this.Is there a way to get this date early.i also heard about some waiting list option on this site or should they got to TTS visa office and request.
Please Help!!
