My Mother-in-laws visa got rejected ( 1st attempt) as she is now a widow. She was here couple of years back and returned India in time but at that time my father-in-law was alive. Could you please provide me with details of what additonal evidence I have to provide so that she can get her visa. We do a have a three month old daughter and she was going to come and help us. Is this a good reason to include in the application ?

No, that is a very big mistake. Never say you want to invite some visitor to do babysitting.

We sent all the papers but they did not look at anything. He asked her when her husband passed away and she said not long ago and that was the end of interview. If we go for a second interview then what we should expect. The individal who posted about her MOM getting visa identified few details. Can you elobarate on that.
Thx
