urgent help needed

Hi everyone,

My b1/b2 visa got rejected, i applied it for taking my exam and for doing observership ter, my exam validity is going to expire in another 3 days,, i want to re-apply, for this i want to prove them that my visa got rejected.. i have been told by VO as i rejected on 214 b,, but they have not given any document.. now my exam coordinators asking me to prove that my visa has been rejected,, i faxed them my HDFC chalan, DS 160 form. but they mailed me as documents are not convincing..

please reply me is there anyways to convince them,
how can i get form 214 b?

You don't get any formal proof that your visa has been rejected.

At the most, they will put a stamp at the back of your passport saying "Your application was received on DATE". That is the only proof you can get.

Of course, you can send the copy of your entire passport showing that there is no visa in it. That is another indirect proof that you have no US visa.
