Parents visa rejected for twice ,urgent...

My wife is pregnant 9 month,and my elder 6yr old daughter diagnosed with leukemia on September 20/11. So in this critical situation we need somebody to take care of family ,mostly my daughter,at the time of wife's delivery.I applied for my parent B visa in November 2011 ,as tourist purpose,but they are rejected that time.Then I applied again,that time they told about my daughter ,with doctors certificate ,that they want to see their granddaughter .But consulate officer said that why they didn't mentioned in 1st application .They tried to convince him ,but again they rejected for visa.So please guide me so that I can apply for 3rd time.Thank you..

Prepare tourist visa application with the reason of tourism.

From what you described, they will see as your parents coming to the U.S. as maid/caretaker/nanny etc. and that is why their visa is getting denied.
