Hello Everybody-
My in-laws are here in USA now and Am planning to extend their stay here. But, I have heard a new rule from friends I want to validate the authenticity of the rule as I am applying for extension. The new rule I heard in gossip is:
*1. When visitor visa extension gets approved or rejected, my in-laws need to stay out of USA for alteast 12 months before they come again to here. Is it correct?
Other question:
2. How long can they stay in USA before they leave if extension gets rejected?
Any other link or reference will also be a great help.
Thanks for your help
