B2 Visa- current state of residence address/Address on the passport/US consulate

All,

I'm planning to send my Mom for Visa stamping sometime next month so that she can visit me here in the US during 2012 summer. She used to stay in Hyderabad and the address on the passport is Hyderabad's address. My Mom recently moved to Pune with my Brother, I have the folloiwng questions

* Should she go to Hyderabad only for Visa Stamping?
* if Yes, can we have the stamped passport to be delivered to one of my relative's address?
* Hyderabad doesnt have kannada translation facility available, can it be requested as My Mom is fluent Kannada than Telugu?
* since her current address belongs to Maharashtra, should My Mom go to Mumbai for stamping?

Please help me with the above questions.
