Do we need original Account verification letter?

Thanks for the previous reply.
I am calling my parents and my mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law has the original Bank A/c verification letter and my
parents have the photocopy.
Is it OK to present the duplicate one as they all have the interview date scheduled for the same date and time.And next slot is not open till August 22.
Getting and sending another original letter would take 1-2 weeks and their date is on the 20th May.Do I have any other option?
