I am sponsoring my younger brother for a visiting visa. We are three brother and 2 of them are here in US. My younger brother is staying alone in India. How can I make my petition strong enough to get visa. We already tried twice 2 years back and visa got rejected.

we applied for my brother 2 years back.he showed good bank balance and property.he also showed that his wife and daughter will stay in india.he is going alone.they didnot even look at the papers.he got 10 years visa.
