Mother's Given(first name) name mismatch

i have a question, my mother's name in my passport is like this '' Varalaxmi Puppala'' and in my mother's passport its printed as '' Varalakshmi Puppala''

the change is ''x'' substituted with ''ksh''

My parents are going to apply visitor visa early next year, in this regards do we see any issues or anything for that matter? Please advice

i am on H1-B visa

I also have a similar problem, my mother's name spelled in my passport : VIJAY LAXMI and my mother's passport says it as VIJAYALAXMI. Please suggest if the affidavit will be enough or the passport needs to be corrected. Thanksin advance!!
