I-134 & Bank Statement

I have visted USA on B1 in 2001 for three months. I opened Bank Account then.
I visited again on 2003 for three months on L1
I came here again on March 2004 and am here till date.

Now on 1-134, what do i fill in for Question 2
..have resided in United Stated since (date)-----------------

Immihelp in one of my earlier message said put March 2004

But my Bank statement would have 2001 for the Date of Account Opened, right?

Will it be contradicting?What date should i put for Question 2

Even the people who are not residing in US can have bank accounts when they visited temporarily.
