Your husband should sponsor. Since his job and L1 visa are the primary reasons you are in US.

Is that bcoz am on L2 visa that I cant sponsor or is it bcoz my contract is over by dec 2011.Actually my husband had already sponsor my mom and his parents.Since am planning to take my dad and brother(15 yrs),I thought it will be better if I sponsor them to show strong ties. Please suggest me on this.

Has your mom already traveled to US on the sponsorship?

It does not matter if he has already sponsored your mom and his parents. He can sponsor again. The reason like I said, his job and visa are the primary reason you are in US. And he will have to show good income on his I-134 which you won't be able to .

No,she will be coming on Feb 2012.I got your point. Thanks a lot.

But 1 more doubt is like is there any option for the consulate 2 know that am not currently employed.Bcz am planning 2 schedule interview for my dad n Bro on Jan.So there is only 1 month gap that am nt having a job.I do have employee letter and a bank balance of abv 10000USD.So in this case I-134 wnt be a poblem right since I have a good balance.Whats your opinion on this?

          Thanks In advance

They do not cross check . They will rely on what your father and brother will answer.
Does not your employer letter state the period of your contract?

            Even if you do sposnsor,
you must send your husband's L1 visa copy and his employment paper as well. They can ask for it.

No,My employment letter only mention the date from which I started my job.It doesnt mention the end date.So there is no problem for me to sponsor right?

Thanks a lot.I will do as per ur suggestion
