Applying for Mom's Visitor Visa 2nd Attempt

Hi,

My mom's visa got rejected on 12th Dec.

1. Why are you going to US - Tourism and visit my Daughter and Son in Law.
2. Who's sponsoring for your trip - My daughter
3. How many Children do you have - Two, one daughter and son
4. Is your Son married - Yes

Right after that she was given 214B.

Not sure what does that mean, just because he's married does'nt mean my mom will live with me and forget him.

Myself and my sis in law are both expecting our 1st kid in April. I need my mom during that time for atleast 3months.
She didnt give any of these details since she was not asked.

Not sure what to do next so that it is a convincing case for the VO.

1.Should we mention about my pregnancy in her next interview ?
2.What is the best time for her to go for the 2nd interview ?

Please provide me some tips so that she gets her visa this time.
