urgent - visas got stamped in different passports

Can someone please help me. My friends got the visa for 10 years. They got their passports today. They have 2 kids. The visa stamp for older one has been put in the younger ones passport and vice versa. Also the kids dont have surnames but in the visa they have put their last names in the column for surname. They have their tickets booked for 17th. Monday is the only day that they can go to the consulate since Saturday it is closed and check this out. I wanted to know whether this will create a problem. Will the consulate change it right there or will they again make them wait to send it through courier. They are flying out monday night. Please advice asap.

Maybe your friend should not take a risk without talking to the consulate or the VFS first.

You can't travel until you get it fixed.

Contact VFS/TTS as soon as possible.
