can any know person get a visitor's visa to US or should they be related to me?

I am planning on bringing someone i know from india to look after my kid. can she apply for a visitor visa. will she get or no? Or that person should be blood-related to me in any way.

Anyone can sponsor anyone but it is difficult to prove close ties if not closely related.
