I am sending all sponsor documents for my mom.

I am a US Citizen from 2009. I am sending copy of my US citizenship, passport and oci.

should also Send my brith certifate affidavit (dont have the original) in my case?

my mother has 10 year visa that is expiring in March. we are reapplying (renewing) still all documents are being sent.

the OCI has parents name which has my mothers name

US passport does not have mothers name

I sent the birh certificate non-availability certificate in which my mother's name is there.

I do have the affidavit for birth cerficate took in 1999 But the problem is that, in that my mother's DOB is different than DOB in her passport. As they dont remeber they actual DOB. they used a date in her passport I guess the affidavit was taken before that during my green card and they used a different date (year is the same.) will that be a problem if I send the affidavit?

Should I get a new affidavit? i do have affidavit of birth by maternal uncle..is that fine?

I have my marriage cerficate in which parents name is there? any photographs?
