Urgent Please help...Immihelp

My parents arrived in the US just 10 days ago..They have a 10Yr multiple entry visa with a 6 month stay on their I-94s

Just noticed on my mom's I 94 that although her date of birth is correct, her first name is not right (My dad filled it for her and put his own name instead) This was a mistake by him...BUt he says that the top part of I-94 which is with the officer has the correct name. The officer, I am hoping, checked it at the port of entry.

Should we be worried? What should I be doing now?

I called up CBP (Customs and Border Protection) office at the Airport, He checked his system and verified all the information and then told us everything looks fine in his records. He told us to write my mom's name (without striking my dad's name) on her I 94.

What do you think immhelp...Should I call Local USCIS office to double check??

If that is what CBP told you, that should be fine.

Next time, please write the subject of the question better than 'Urgent Please help...immihelp'. You should write may be something like 'Need help with I-94 name correction'.
