DS156 section 31 quick question - URGENT

Hi,

My parents are going for a visitors visa interview 3rd time at chennai. What should I need to fill under section 31 of DS156? Do they have to mention both visa rejected dates? or 1st rejected date? or latestest rejected date?

Latest rejected date...

They will have a record of all the dates anyways. Plus the passports show all the dates as well.
