Visitor visa--parents and brother for interview

I'm planning to call my parents, siblings (2) and brother in law (1) in USA on visitor's visa. I have a query though.

Can you please tell me if my brother (21 years old) can schedule his visa-interview with my parents as a family?

Yes , he can.

But it is not a good strategy to invite all of them together.
They look for ties you are leaving behind and if the whole family is applying all together , chances of denial increase.
