Parent's Visa Rejected in Mumbai

Hi,

My Parent's visa got rejected on 27th Dec.
Interviewer asked so many questions to them and in confusion finally they told that they are going to US for my pregnancy.

Right after that they were given 214B.

I need my parents here during this time very much because My husband has a consultancy job and he has to travel on weekdays and I am all alone at home. Right now I am in 8th Month so can not travel to India also.

While applying next time Can we give reason as Pregnancy and substantiate the reason with additional documents.
Thought to provide below documents:

1. A request letter to US Consulate mentioning the actual situation and the need of closed one's here although we will hire a nanny to take care of child.
2. A letter from My husband HR with a note saying he has to travel on weekdays.
3. A letter from My Doctor saying I can not travel to India in this situation.

Since we are planning to reapply visa for my Parents is above reason OK ? or do you have any other suggestions?
Also want to know in such case is it OK to apply visa for both of them or Just for Mother?

i think it will be a better option if only your mother applies instead of your parents applying together.....she can give the reason that she wants to be with you in this time...you can get the documents but the problem is that they don't look at the documents....
