The best thing in such cases is for one parent to apply alone and travel alone .
You should have done that after 1st attempt.
Your homemaker mother should apply alone after some months and if asked why you are applying alone this time, she should say that her husband is tired of applying again and again
and is not interested at this time. Ask for a short stay like 2 months. People make the mistake of
saying 6 months and get denied just for that. If your dad has good income , it is better your mother should show financing by her husband.

ok will try doing that..just wanted tell that my mom's friend did the same thing after 2 times of rejection she applyied alone..but they didnt give the visa..she requested the officer that the strongest tie i m leaving behind ie my husband..but they said sorry apply next time...
In all the application my parents wrote -how long do you intend to stay in the usa-1 month..
and the officer asked in the last time interview how long would you like to stay ..my parents said..3/4 weeks...

So what was the reason for the rejection? Did they say anything? And what was your parent's reply when they asked "why are you making this visit?". The best is for them to say that they are just visiting US and want to see a few places with their daughters. nothing more or nothing less than that.Note that this is not a legal advice. Consult your immigration attorney for the best upto-date information.

Not sure why these nutjobs are acting wierd. Your parents tried showing ties to their home country as well. I agree visitor visa judgements tend to be unfair and foolish sometimes.Note that this is not a legal advice. Consult your immigration attorney for the best upto-date information.

Hi Sanu, Did they finally get their visa? I am in a similar situation, parents visa rejected 3 times , i am in US and sister is in Europe. They gave additional info on application third time including business and family ties, still they were denied visa. Did your parents get it?

The US looks for strong family ties before they issue visas. I was issued 10 years US visa on my south African passport. I simply went with my hubby and my daughter in her school uniform. 2 days later, our visas was issued. We have since been to Chicago and back. Strong ties means what will make you come back to your country of residence? A mortgage or bond and having a job and many more....
