h1b visa expiring on may and visitor visa validity

Hi. My husband's H1b Visa is expiring on May 1st. We are planning to invite his parents to US [they already visited once before]. But my in-laws visitors visa has already expired. If we sponsor for visitors visa now, then will they get the visa till May 1st? Thanks for all the help. Rozy

There is no such thing as Visitor Visa sponsorship. All you are doing is paying for their trip. Your spouse's extension of status has nothing to do with that.
