Immigration in Cincinnati international airport

My parents are planning to come here by june and they blocked the tickets in Delta airlines (Chennai-Paris-Cincinatti-pittsburg) where immigration takes place in cincinnati.The time left for them is 1 hr and 30mins. Is it possible for them to finish the immigration, customs and catch the pittsburg flight?

May be an issue if they're coming on a newly issued GC

However, if they're coming on a tourist/visitor visa, then it should be okay.
My parents came in yesterday @ EWR and got through within 30 minutes.
Still, the individual airport and person's case may tend to be different.
I know for sure that there is upto a four hour wait @ EWR for people coming on newly issued GCs.

Thankyou very much for the reply..I think 1hr and 30 mins inthe cincinnatti shud be OK for them.I inquired the delta customer service they also insisted this.
