Need advice on visitor visa B2

Respected madam/sir,

My college friend staying in U.S. with his husband and 3 year old children . His husband is working in U.S. with H1 visa. She want me to come there to tour U.S. for a month though visitor visa/student visa.

What should i do? I'm 27 year old/male/single/graduate. I'm a trader in stock market and earns decent money but didn't pay income tax return. I want to go through visitor visa but if its difficult then consult me how to search a short term study program, apply and study in a stock market program in U.S. though student visa.

Kindly help me with your valuable view and suggestion.

If you are making decent income but not paying any income tax, that is a problem. You will not be able to show that you make decent money.

Someone else could sponsor you but you still need to show that you will return back to your home country, but in your situation, it seems difficult to convince the officer.
