B1/B2 Can be used for both business or tourist

I have valid Multiple entry USA B1/B2 visa with Annotation column blank . i applied for this visa for business meetings with supporting documents from company i worked for . I no longer work for that company

Now i want to travel to US for 8-10 days for personal reasons only, To meet my family members there

Can i use the same visa ? or do i need to apply for another B-2 visa ?
Pls suggest me supporting documents i might need at port of entry

Yes, you can use the same visa. That is why they have it combined B1/B2.
They will ask you the purpose of visit and duration of stay.( say it is a 10 day vacation visiting friends and relatives ). They usually do not ask for these but they may;
1.a return ticket
2.phone nos./ addresses of relatives you will visit in US.
3. Some proof of your employment at home ( visiting card, salary stub)
