Visitor Visa for Parents while on i94

HI friends, My L1B visa has expired and i am presently on i94. I am planning to initiate visitor visa for my parents.
are there any issues/legality involved in this? or having a valid i94 until 2014 is more than enough for sponsoring B2 visa for parents?

Valid visa is not required as that is for your travel. Valid status to stay here ... valid i94 is all you need to apply for their sponsorship. Send a copy of the approved L1 petition and i94 ...
