visa change denial
I am desperate for advice and here is my story:
I changed my visa from F1 to H1B after graduating in 2000 only to loose my job in 2001. I tried looking for another job and ended up enrolling in a university and applied for change of visa to F1 in 2003 Two months after my HI expired. It was denied the change and given an opportunity to reopen case. I then sent a new application only to be returned requesting me to readdress my payment to USIC. Under advise of friends I did not respond to the letter and today USIC have not got had from them. I plan to exit at the end of the year to Canada and see if I can get a F1 visa. Or my plan B is to fig out how to get legalized while I am here. I graduate at the end of next year.
Does anyone have any ideas?
