Appointment for Mom & Dad, Mom does not want to go!

I have a June 1st week appointment for my mom and dad. It seems now my Mom does not want to come to US. Can my dad go on the same appointment at the consulate or do i need to take a new appointment now?

Can somebody please help?

Ur dad can simply go in at scheduled apptmt. U need not make another. U cannot add ppl to an existing apptmt, but it doesnt' matter if one doesnt' show up at the interview. The others can still go.
