What type of visa should I get!

Hello,

I am an Indian citizen and I got a housekeeper/assistant job offer from USA, I have completed Higher Secondary school.

So what type of visa that I should get?

And is it possible to visit US in a tourist visa and get a work permit from there?

please help, it is urgent.

H2b visa for temporary work for such occupations was possible some years ago but now they have excluded India from this.

Permanent ( Immigrant visa) for such occupations in Employment category 3 is possible but currently there is a wait of 9-10 years.

On a tourist visa, you cannot work and when applying for it you cannot show you have a job offier.
