Alright! My mom is planning to apply for US Visit Visa for 2nd time. Those who does not know the background story, please visit my previous posts at http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showth...984#post242984 .
To make long story short. My mom is a widow (lost my dad in March 2011), brother is a Canadian citizen and I am a green card holder in USA. We don't have any more siblings. We own small manufacturing company( we are in process of winding up), 6 apartments, some land properties and have plenty of cash in bank. Bad luck that VO din't ask for any documents while her first visit. VO mostly emphasized on the fact that my mom does not have any kids living with her. Well, in that case I would say, it is what it is, I can't change the fact that she is widow, and she has only two kids living abroad. But, truely she has no intention to come to USA and start living here.
Since the refusal (July 13th), there are couple of changes took place in her life.
1) She visited my brother's family in Canada for a month (Nov-Dec).
2) I am blessed with a baby (that is why my mom wanted to come to see my first baby, although she din't mention about my pregnancy during her interview).
** Also passed 6 months from the day of last interview.
My mom is eagerly waiting to see my baby and has Zero or Negative intention to immigrate to any country of the world (as she has better life in my country).
Considering over all changed circumstances, what are the chances of my mom getting a visa? Any sort of suggestions will be highly appreciated. One more thing, I have seen ppl getting visa with I-134, since my mom is capable of self sponsorship, I have not sent i-134. Does any one think it may be helpful? Is there anything that I can do or she can do to increase chances of getting visa?
Thanks
