Help-Questions regarding Visitor Visa

Hi Everyone,

My husband is on a L1 and we are sponsoring my Mom to come on Visitor Visa in September. My question is
1. Our L1/L2 visa stamp expires in Jan 2006 but petition is valid till October 2007, will this cause a problem when my Mom goes for interview in August since our visa stamp is valid for only 5 months from august.
