Names mismatch

I am sponsoring visitor visa for my parents.
My father's name in my passport last page is apperaed as Y X (X =first name and Y =last name)
and my mother's name as Y Z ((Z =first name and Y =last name) but my mother's passport has
middle name included in her passport(which I do not have in my passport), so would that be an issue or do I need to get her passport corrected to have only first & last name.

Also I never gave attention but just thought parents names should have been appeared as "XY" and "ZY" (first name being first and last name being last) in my passport but some reason they came as YX and YZ in my passport last page would that be any issue too?

1. That's fine.
2. It would be best if you the names were written as First Last. However, whatever is there is there. Just go with it. If asked, explain what is going on.

Also I do not have my birth certificate and hence trying to get affidavit done from my parents. SO I found sample at the link below as affidavit-mother and affidavit-father, but can I make one which has both mother's and father's name in it instead of 2 affidavits.
